Alexis Williams has a strong background in the fitness industry.  In 2006, she spent four months studying at the National Personal Training Institute in Orlando, Florida.  Upon completion of the 500 hour comprehensive program she returned to the Binghamton area to work as a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutritional Consultant.  She quickly realized that not only did she love fitness, she loved helping people even more!
Alexis' background as a dancer and love of human movement and anatomy are what initially drew her to Pilates.  After a neck injury left her unable to continue lifting weights she experimented with Yoga and Pilates and realized that she wanted to share it with her clients. Alexis is passionate about physical activity because of it's direct affect on mental and emotional health.  She truly believes in the connection of Mind, Body, and Spirit.

Erin DiRado began her Pilates training in California in 2001.  Her educational path began with training in the Stott Method of Pilates, mat and apparatus, and has progressed to date with classical Pilates mat certification through Power Pilates in New York City.  Erin's personal practice is truly a combination of East and West Coast Pilates!  Erin's background includes dance and various sports, specifically swimming.  She has seen the life long benefits of consistent Pilates practice through her own rehabilitation of a back injury.  Erin strongly believes that the Pilates Method is for all human bodies whether they are conditioned athletes or those  simply looking for improved functional movement.
She emphasizes flexibility, core strength and increased body awareness in all her Pilates programming.

Dr. Francine Finucan, a Chiropractor and certified Pilates Instructor, became interested in Pilates as a way to help her patients strengthen their backs.  She quickly saw the benefits for the entire body and became passionate about the Pilates method.  Her professional degree is from Cleveland Chiropractic College, in Kansas City, MO.  She has advanced training in Applied Kinesiology, Acupuncture and Nutritional analysis.  She has been in private practice since 2002, joining UE Chiropractic in 2003.  Francine loved Pilates so much, she chose to become certified through Power Pilates and is looking forward to additional training in the Pilates method.  She continues to be an avid student, striving to know more about Pilates, both for herself and her patients.
Lisa Fischoff, A student at Binghamton University, began training on the Mat, the Reformer and the Cadillac in 2007. With her background in swimming, biking, and rowing she quickly fell in love with the way Pilates complimented her workout routine. In 2009, Pilates helped her recover from a stress fracture in her lower leg and she realized she wanted to share the joy of Pilates with others. In August, she obtained her classical mat certification in Power Pilates under Juan Estrada in Woodbury, New York. She is excited to share her knowledge and love for Pilates, anatomy, and fitness with others and hopes to continue her education with the Intermediate Mat certification in December.
Jennifer Youngs' love for fitness has been with her all her life!  After earning her BS in Legal Studies and a short tour in the United States Navy, she met her husband Dave and earned her ACE personal trainer certification.  Stationed in Topsham, Maine she was head personal trainer for a local gym where she developed and implemented its in-house personal training program.  Her love for learning led her to pursuing the ACE Lifestyle and Weight Management Certification.  Around this time the Pilates buzz was in the air!  Her client's kept asking her what this Pilates Craze was all about...so Jennifer began taking workshops and trainings through the PhysicalMind Institute to find out...Soon her family transferred to the Binghamton area and she began teaching and training at the local YMCA's and was responsible for developing and implementing its personal training programs. She continued studying Pilates at weekend workshops and also obtained her AFAA Group Exercise certification.  Incorporating Pilates principles and choreography into her body sculpting classes and client sessions made Jennifer realize she wanted to specialize in the method.  She received her comprehensive Pilates certification from Peak Pilates and began private instruction in the homes of clients prior to opening her studio, Pilates Plus, in 2006.  With the practice of Pilates continuing to be one of the fastest growing exercise methods she soon knew she wanted to be part of a strong team of instructors with the ability to expand studio services and offerings.  Mind Full Pilates and Yoga is the premier classical Pilates studio in the Southern Tier and she is very happy to be on the the senior teaching team!
